For recurring services, payment terms and billing frequency will be specified in your service agreement. We accept standard payment methods including e-transfer, cheque, and credit card.

However, we are not liable for damage to underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other features not disclosed to us before work begins. We are not responsible for plant health outcomes affected by factors beyond our control, including weather, soil conditions, pest infestations, or disease. Our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
By scheduling service, you grant Rayza Landscaping permission to access the areas of your property necessary to perform the agreed-upon work. If access is restricted by locked gates, pets, or other barriers, please let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly. We may not be able to complete scheduled work if access is unexpectedly unavailable.
